Yes the background is intentional. I went through the steps and got part of the problem fixed. Here is my problem now. On my account it says I'm allowed 2 systems. So I have Sierra charts downloaded on a PC desktop and a laptop. I would like to trade with both of them at the same time on the same trading account. Whichever one I open first has the live realtime data and everything works fine. Whichever one I open the sierra platform on second only loads the data to the current time I open the program and then it doesn't update any new data so it's paused. How do I fix this so I can get current up to date data on both at the same time using the same account? Or do I need another account? |
