i can`t see intraday bars

Hello, When i start software, i can`t see intraday charts, bars begin after logging in. I have CQG top of book data feeding. That was normal till this week. I have done, what is written in your support links (erased and download data etc) |

Make sure the symbols of the charts are set correctly. Use this command for that: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service If you still have a problem follow the instructions below for one of the charts: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
