Sierra Chart Engineering - Posts: 104368
Make sure the symbols of the charts are set correctly. Use this command for that:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

If you still have a problem follow the instructions below for one of the charts:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
