My trading computer is being fixed, so I am trading from my laptop, which had an older version of sierra charts from before. I tried to update and I got an error message. The log has been sent to you guys. Please let me know what I can do to make sure everything is installed so I can log on correctly. The only thing that I can think of is that I no longer running and backing up everything through Microsoft one drive. Everything is directly on my hard drive.

Based on the Message Log you sent, the installation directory is 'C:\Users\froel\OneDrive\Desktop\SierraChart', which is not the correct location.

You should not install Sierra Chart into the One Drive, and definitely not under the Desktop special folder.

We recommend following these instructions and moving the installation to 'C:\SierraChart'. Then run the update after you have finished all the steps:
