Based on the Message Log you sent, the installation directory is 'C:\Users\froel\OneDrive\Desktop\SierraChart', which is not the correct location. You should not install Sierra Chart into the One Drive, and definitely not under the Desktop special folder. We recommend following these instructions and moving the installation to 'C:\SierraChart'.
