Hello, I am signed up for denali live data, no market depth (do I need market depth for this?) I cannot seem to pull up the options for futures. When I press : get options ; nothing comes up Thanks in advance |

Dear Support, I am also subscribed to Denali and SC/RT and experiencing the same problem: When I try to open an options symbol using the Chart Settings -> Symbol -> Find -> Futures Options, the Get Options button provides no symbol list. In the Message Log I get this response: SC Data - All Services | Received symbols for underlying request from server. Underlying: ZC. Count: 0 | 2020-05-10 16:11:18.961 I'm trying to list the available options for ZC (Corn). Can you please advise? Thank you. |

The general issue is that the CME is not transmitting the security definition feed over the weekend and if our server processes are restarted, the cached information is just lost. We used to use the security definition file from their FTP site but about a couple of years ago there was a problem the CME had where that information was not up-to-date and it created a problem and they do not recommend using that file anyway. We have given this some thought, and we probably have to go back to using the file again. This involves a significant amount of development which we do not think we would get to for a long time from now. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
