You need to set Sierra Chart to be connect the Transact and it should stay that way. Here are the instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TransAct.php#SetupInstructions And then translate the symbols to the current service by selecting Edit >>Translate Symbols to Current Service. I disk connected from sierra and reconnected transact then connected back to sierra but I don't know if it worked so can you let me know if I need to try it again this month

You are fine for the month of May. But there really is no reason to disconnect from your TransAct account. You can stay connected to them at all times and not have to worry about switching back and forth. If this is an issue about sending trades, just make sure you are in Simulation Mode, which is the default, and then you have to specifically select the option to make live trades. have to connect to the live account once a month to get the discount have I done this I cannot know if I done this unless you tell me if I have, the last three months I tried to but it did not work and you had to do it and again. I cannot know if it was successfully or no , so tell me if it shows that I have done this once this month. I have not been switching back and forth . I did all the thing from trade setting services, has it recognize the transact live account and now I am looking at the denial account and looks like I need to pay more ,last week you said the 35 cents would be put on next month is this right , and will i be getting the 10 percent like have been getting

If you are staying connected to TransAct all the time, then you do not need to worry about whether the connection worked each month, as it will get automatically taken care of. You connected just fine for the month of May and everything is good. As to your balance, you are good for the month of May and your $0.35 is in your account. You do not need to pay any additional fees until the end of May in order to cover the data costs for the next month (June, in this case).
