have to connect to the live account once a month to get the discount have I done this I cannot know if I done this unless you tell me if I have, the last three months I tried to but it did not work and you had to do it and again. I cannot know if it was successfully or no , so tell me if it shows that I have done this once this month. I have not been switching back and forth . I did all the thing from trade setting services, has it recognize the transact live account and now I am looking at the denial account and looks like I need to pay more ,last week you said the 35 cents would be put on next month is this right , and will i be getting the 10 percent like have been getting
