Today I have received this notice from SC Support: Your TT account assignment has now been completed. (thru Amp Global Clearing) Nevertheless, I am receiving this notice when I log into my account: Connection error: Trade account not assigned. I've not been able to find what change(s) I may need to make, if any, to stop this message from appearing upon startup of Instance 1. |

The problem is you are logging into Sierra Chart with your old account. Restart Sierra Chart, and login to it, with your new AMP account. If I do this consistently for Instance 1 (cancel more quickly, that was my failure), will the correct login information eventually start filling in automatically rather than the incorrect information, or is there something else I can do to get the system to load the right information from the get-go?

We are not understanding this. Are you having trouble changing the Account Name on the Login window? You have to manually specify that and it is saved. It does not change once you set it.
