Today I have received this notice from SC Support:
Your TT account assignment has now been completed. (thru Amp Global Clearing)

Nevertheless, I am receiving this notice when I log into my account: Connection error: Trade account not assigned.

I've not been able to find what change(s) I may need to make, if any, to stop this message from appearing upon startup of Instance 1.
