chart data not updating automatically

Ive recently switched to sierra real time data connection plus us equities feed. For some reason my charts (equites only, futures are fine) do not update automatically; if I click on "delete and download data" the chart will update to show the current price but then stop again...until i manually hit "delete and download data" again. If I change the chart symbol to Es (futures) the chart updates in real time again, change it back to any equity, no movement. So it appears the futures data through IB is working fine, but the equities data not. please help, thank you. |

I've completed the non prof agreement again, but am still listed as professional, therefore get a loop back to signing the prof agreement when trying to activate the exchange. I cant see any progress in this matter, actually the opposite, as the "sign the agreements" step in the link you provided above has now been set back to "todo". (This was marked as completed after I had filled out the non prof agreement , again)
