Ive recently switched to sierra real time data connection plus us equities feed. For some reason my charts (equites only, futures are fine) do not update automatically; if I click on "delete and download data" the chart will update to show the current price but then stop again...until i manually hit "delete and download data" again. If I change the chart symbol to Es (futures) the chart updates in real time again, change it back to any equity, no movement. So it appears the futures data through IB is working fine, but the equities data not. please help, thank you. |
