I sent my logs with a message. Out of 4 charts open, 1 chart displays no candles. The other charts start and stop and are anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour or more behind. Before this mess, I kept a SC chart next to my ToS platform because the SC data was more current than ToS. Here are some of the last lines of the log: Triggering next historical data download in queue. | 2020-04-24 11:58:48.361 Socket (1) | Socket gracefully closed by remote side. | 2020-04-24 11:58:48.411 Socket (1) | Closed. | 2020-04-24 11:58:48.411 SC Data - All Services | Performing periodic download of Intraday data for open Intraday charts not receiving real-time data | 2020-04-24 12:58:47.287 Added historical Intraday data request for ESM20 to the queue. | 2020-04-24 12:58:47.287 Intraday data recording state for symbol ESM20 is set to download 'Pending'. | 2020-04-24 12:58:47.287 Triggering next historical data download in queue. | 2020-04-24 12:58:47.287 HD Request # 12 | Downloading Intraday chart data for ESM20 to the file ESM20.scid. One of the problems is that you are receiving 10 minute delayed data. You should not notice any more of a delay than that. Certainly not 20 minutes or an hour. So if that is the case we need to understand why that would be happening for you. Not sure at this time. To get the real-time data, follow the instructions below. What is the symbol of the chart which is not displaying anything? ---- The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees. Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees If you do not have a funded trading account or one with a supported trading service, then refer to this solution: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement We recommend using the above solution in any case to avoid this problem in the future. Thank you for the quick response, but I do have a *live funded* trading account with Integrated Brokers. And for the last 2 or 3 months, I have been signing in on the first trading day of the month. I have forgotten once or twice and I have not been able to make a data connection until I did my monthly IB sign-in. So something is wrong if I am getting delayed data. However, I do not think my data was delayed by 10 minutes unless my ToS data is even slower than 10-min delay -- that is until recently. But this does not act like delayed data. Delayed data would continue to flow but the TPO & footprint charts as well as candlestick charts on 1 or 2-min settings just freeze for 10 or 20 minutes or more. The screen shots I sent were taken when nothing was moving on SC -- it was just frozen. |

I think I have an idea of what is happening. I have 2 issues. 1. I changed my API port number due to a conflict with some other software linking to TWS on another PC. I was unable to connect to the IB data feed in SC until I changed the port number back to 7496. 2. Now the log is popping up every time I minimize it due to a conflict with Verbal Journal, a 3rd party plugin for SC. I'll figure out how to disable Verbal Journal. Hopefully that will resolve the issues. Thanks for your assistance!
