exchange spreads/spred trades from chart dom not working 4 me

hi I am trying to trade an oil spread and it is not working for me at at the moment. Is there a setting i need to change to allow trding from the chart or chart dom for an exchange spread. I really need this one figured out. it happened before but i cannot remember what setting needed to be changed. question 2 . i pulled up spreads for bonds but i could not find teh NOB spread notes over bonds. it was not under the 10 yr or the 30 yr. is there a way to look up these symbols on TT? and if not where would i find all of the exchange bond spreads besides the calendar one. i see the calendars thank you. |

Can you tell us the symbol of the oil spread and are you trading that from the main instance of Sierra Chart. We have heard there is a problem trading these from a sub instance and we need time to look into that. For NOB spreads we now have these set up: Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings After that you will see the NOB symbol listed in File >> Find Symbol >> Futures-CBOT and then you can use to Get Spreads button. We did test trading spreads on TT order routing and did not encounter any problem. Let us know if you are still having an issue with this.

Can you please copy the exact symbol from the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol box and paste it here so we can test. There really should not be a problem with this.
