Can you tell us the symbol of the oil spread and are you trading that from the main instance of Sierra Chart. We have heard there is a problem trading these from a sub instance and we need time to look into that. For NOB spreads we now have these set up: Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings After that you will see the NOB symbol listed in File >> Find Symbol >> Futures-CBOT and then you can use to Get Spreads button.
