Hi, I cannot get a connection to the CQG WebAPI. It's been working fine for the last few months until today. I've been in touch with CQG and they said they're not seeing errors on their end. After the problem happened i updated from v2053 to v2086. No change unfortunately. I trade with a group of people and none have had this issue with the same CQG data connection. Logs below. I forgot to mention, I’ve searched the forum and support pages for this error code. One suggestion was my firewall. As a result, I booted in’ safe mode with networking’ and had the same issue.

There is some connectivity issue to this address and port somewhere from your computer to the server: CQG WebSocket | Connecting to WebSocket server api.cqg.com:443 | 2020-04-16 15:51:14.955
Refer to help topic 1.1:Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.1. Data or Trading Service Setup Issue. Unable to Connect to Data or Trade Server. So it does not appear to be due to a firewall based upon what you did. What exchanges are you trading? Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Hi Support, It seems my data has reappeared. I ultimately haven't made any changes (other than updating to v2086). Fingers crossed it continues. Thanks again! |
