I've started the process with Amp (have funded account there) and with SC to set up the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

As I am an existing SC customer and use the SC Data presently to trade the ES, I assume you have the non-professional
trader information already on file. Let me know if I need to do anything in this regard.

My regular SC data account is pre-paid for about 10 more months. I should also have a credit balance for the regular SC data feed. Once you apply those credits to my account I should have plenty on deposit to fund your TT cost requirements. Let me know.

I will request a refund of amount that is well beyond what is necessary.

Appreciate your help very much and your establishment of this great new service.

My charts are not receiving any data at this point.
I don't know if this is on the Amp end or this end.
Am eager to see data flowing through the Denali
Exchange Data Feed. Thanks much.

Hi Ged, we were disconnected just now, but I think we had already gotten through all the set-up, is that right?

Hi Ray, we were disconnected, took me a few seconds to realize that. If everything remains solid as it currently appears to be, then yes, I think I am properly set up. Very much appreciate your help! I didn't get my question resolved on allocating my present positive balance with SC for charting to being allocated for monthly data fee and TT costs as incurred. That may not be in your bailiwick. I'll check my account from time to time to see if this aspect gets taken care of soon. Have a good day!

Received an email from Amp last night saying "Platform setup has been completed for: (Acct #)

You will receive an email shortly with your Live Trading Credentials".

However, no Trading Credentials have arrived from Amp. I went in to my client portal this morning on Amp. It looks like they are trying to set me up with CQG. Still no trading credentials. My main concern right now is that Amp seems confused/mistaken about my account.

It is tough for me to communicate with them. Their "Chat" help is slow, awkward and it times out. I had a good session yesterday with SC Support and I thought things were about ready to go, but unfortunately is not the case. Anything you can do to intercede with Amp and get the proper process completed will be appreciated.
