Feature Request: Change color for loading/rendering windows when switching between CB.

When tabbing between multiple chartbooks detached windows have a default white background as the chart renders within the window. This feature request is to remove that or change the color to remove the blinding effect it has when in a dark room with dark charts. We do not know how to control this. This is set by the operating system. We notice that as well. This is completely with outside of the control of an application program. Just another stupid part of the trash Windows operating system. We notice this with Visual Studio, Chrome, Pale Moon, and other programs. Really any program running on Windows is affected.
