We do not know how to control this. This is set by the operating system. We notice that as well. This is completely with outside of the control of an application program. Just another stupid part of the trash Windows operating system. We notice this with Visual Studio, Chrome, Pale Moon, and other programs. Really any program running on Windows is affected.
