Hi. It happened about an hour ago. Everything was working fine. Is there a problem with my account? In the message log I see "Windows error code 10060"

Your account is fine. Sounds like it might be a firewall issue. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Connect to data feed with File >> Connect to Data Feed. After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. We see the problem is resolved. As a backup method you can use the web-based trading panel: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#WebBasedTradingPanel However, the problem must have been a firewall because Sierra Chart supports connecting to three different Sierra Chart order routing servers, and they could not all have been inaccessible for you.
