Not seeing real-time updates or market depth

Hi SC Support,

For some reason I'm not getting real-time updates or seeing any market depth on the DOM at all. Right now as I'm typing this it's showing the inside ask/bid is 2783.75/2783.50 even though it's actually up at 2794.75/2794.50. I was away from my computer for the past couple of weeks and the issue has been present since I first tried signing back on yesterday for a brief period of time. I added more funds to my account thinking that that may be the issue but that hasn't seemed to solve anything either. I'd appreciate any help you can provide to get things up and running again. Thanks!


Edit: As of 10:05 AM I am seeing real time updates and market depth again. Not sure if I just needed to stay logged on for awhile for the issue to self-correct or if it was corrected by someone in the background. Either way, things seem to be working now. Thank you.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Thank you, the issue seems to have corrected itself. If I have issues again I will follow the steps you provided and provide a copy of the Message Log.
