Hi SC Support, For some reason I'm not getting real-time updates or seeing any market depth on the DOM at all. Right now as I'm typing this it's showing the inside ask/bid is 2783.75/2783.50 even though it's actually up at 2794.75/2794.50. I was away from my computer for the past couple of weeks and the issue has been present since I first tried signing back on yesterday for a brief period of time. I added more funds to my account thinking that that may be the issue but that hasn't seemed to solve anything either. I'd appreciate any help you can provide to get things up and running again. Thanks! Edit: As of 10:05 AM I am seeing real time updates and market depth again. Not sure if I just needed to stay logged on for awhile for the issue to self-correct or if it was corrected by someone in the background. Either way, things seem to be working now. Thank you.
