Both of those instances cannot be connected to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed at the same time. You need to disable one of them by unchecking Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds. And then reconnecting to the data feed. Instead you need to use the data sharing method documented here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/MultipleServices.html#AccessingMarketDataFromOtherInstancesOfSierra%20Chart What we are finding is that many users do not even need to be paying for these additional connections to begin with. But make sure you are running version 2062 and we are going to do some testing today related to this. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. This IP is for the Sierra Chart exchange data feed: DTC Client socket (2) | Connecting to IP: 8.18.161.135. | 2020-03-06 13:35:57.898 SC Data - All Services | Connected to server. | 2020-03-06 13:35:58.054 So that connection must be related to a symbol going over that connection. Can be EUREX or US stock symbol. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point. We thought you understood that the Denali feed only provide CME group data. Not other exchanges. You need to use both data feeds. i understand that denali only offers cme data. however, how i can use both feed isnt clear to me and is not explained in that post either (or i couldnt find it).. all i saw was: You can use both data feeds at the same time. This is not a problem but make sure you are running a current version of Sierra Chart.

If you are using Sierra Chart on one system, you just have to consider that there is just one connection available being that EUREX and US Equities is limited to one connection. So you need to use the data sharing method documented here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/MultipleServices.html#AccessingMarketDataFromOtherInstancesOfSierra%20Chart There is no need to create a new symbols. Just modifying the symbol settings to pull data from another main instance of Sierra Chart. The relevant settings are here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/MultipleServices.html#SymbolSettingsToChangeWhenUsingExistingSymbol Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
