Both of those instances cannot be connected to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed at the same time. You need to disable one of them by unchecking Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds. And then reconnecting to the data feed.
