Both of those instances cannot be connected to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed at the same time. You need to disable one of them by unchecking Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds. And then reconnecting to the data feed. Instead you need to use the data sharing method documented here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/MultipleServices.html#AccessingMarketDataFromOtherInstancesOfSierra%20Chart What we are finding is that many users do not even need to be paying for these additional connections to begin with.
