platform doesn't reconnect automatically

Dear, Sirs I have noticed that the platform doesn't reconnect automatically. I have to admit that my connection is unstable from time to time, but it is not so often. The platform goes to a disconnected state and after that remains in waiting to reconnect(Yello) state, even after the internet is back again. I plan to use an automated strategy and this can be very problematic if the management of the open position stops. Could you please tell me if there are options to force reconnection. Another question is if there is a possibility to set options of the platform to work with average connection quality, to improve performance and increase security. Thank you very much in advance. Sierra Chart does reconnect. The yellow state indicates it is trying to reconnect but the transact server is having an issue, or there is some connectivity problem between your system and the Transact server.
