[Programming Help] - no real time data

Hi. I have not been receiving any real time data on my charts, since 7:35 a.m. Pacific time today, 2020-03-02. Earlier today I changed from the data feed from Sierra Chart CQG to Sierra Chart TT Fix Denali. Could that be causing the problem, and what should I do to remedy it? Thank you. Richard

Could you contact your broker AMP and tell them to fully activate the Denali Exchange Data Feed on your account. They did one of the steps, but they still need to specifically activate the data feed connection and also the exchange.

Hi. I just contacted my broker, AMP, and they said they did activate the data feed connection for the CBOT exchange, but I am still not receiving live data, and they told me to contact Sierra Chart support for help.
