The question is this. I am an AMP client, but package 3 is not enough for me. Also I need CBOE VIX in real time. For VIX in AMP, I need to pay $ 13 and $ 25 for a 5 package. I want to know if I need to pay for VIX or maybe it is included in package 5?

The second question is about connecting to the TT. Previously, they took expensive for routing orders. Now you are claiming $ 0.10. Is this so, or will there be additional large fees other than standard? I am trying to understand the advantage of TT versus CQG. I have CQG now

If you switch SC Data - All Services to CQG WebAPI, then the S&P 500 VIX - CFE symbol is not translated. Tell me,
if I start paying a subscription fee for CFE, will this problem be fixed and will a quote come from CFE
in real time when switching to real trading? I am switching to CQG WebAPI for AMP trading. SC Data - All Services Active (Support) and there are no problems on other market instruments.

When you switched the services and you selected OK to get off the Data/Trade Service Settings window, you should have been presented with an option to update the symbols. Did you say Yes on that window and still the VIX symbol did not change?

Also, you can select the option Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to update the symbols to the current service selection if the above did not work for you. Let us know if you have any issue with this option. Refer to the documentation for this here:

None of the above has anything to do with whether you are getting the CFE data from us or from another source.

Are you getting the data for CFE from CQG when you are connected to CQG? If not, then you would need to either get it from them or from us. To add the CFE data from us, refer to the instructions here:
