Mirus says Sierra needs to make changes in order for it to work with Zenfire

inthetrend - Posts: 33 Invalid SC Account Name.
Upon trying to connect to Mirus/Zenfire today I get an error message. Their support says that SC has not made changes necessary to connect to their service. Sounds like finger pointing to me. What is the story? Do I need to update SC. I am using V.1042 approximately. Is Mirus just trying to offload the blame?

This has been answered by Sierra Support:

There is a new Zen-Fire API, which is inconsistent with our development policies. Refer to help topic 76:

Recommend switching to CTS T4 (which Mirus Futures supports).

We have some users who will be switching to the CTS T4 trading platform service from Zen-Fire due to the backend changes in the Zen-Fire system which Sierra Chart is not compatible with.
