This has been answered by Sierra Support: There is a new Zen-Fire API, which is inconsistent with our development policies. Refer to help topic 76:

Switching to CTS T4 We have some users who will be switching to the CTS T4 trading platform service from Zen-Fire due to the backend changes in the Zen-Fire system which Sierra Chart is not compatible with.
