Hi - I have been using Sierra Charts (SC) for years and never seen this problem. My broker is Global Futures & Forex, Inc. and I am using the Gain Capital Data Feed. I start SC and the charts download historical data and update properly. I am only trading ESH20. After as few as seconds to a few minutes, the charts stop updating price and stall. I also have the symbol 'TICK-NYSE[M]' on the chart and it continues to update properly, even though price on the chart has stalled. I have reinstalled the SC software (current version 2028 64-bit) and rebooted my machine. I have other charting packages also running and price is updating perfectly. This problem has been started happening during the Globex session on 12/10/2019 and persists until today. Find attached screen shot of the DOM showing improper buy/sale values. Please advise on how to get my SC to work. Thank you. Find log attached below: Requested symbol settings for service code oec. Gain Capital has been notified of the issue and they have restarted their Data Feed server and we expect the problem is resolved. Confirm to us that it has been.

Hi - Thank you for the quick response. Data feed did last longer (1-2 minutes) but continues to stall. |

The problem still exists. Is there a contact and phone at Gain I can have to directly talk to them?

Yes we apologize for this. They told us: Can you ask them to email us at GFSupport@gaincapital.com with their GAIN username or account number, so we can loop in their Introducing Broker for support.
