Missing Historical Intraday data on chart.

I opened Sierra Chart version 2017 and brought up my CL (Nymex Crude) chart. I was missing some data from last week so I choose Edit->Delete All Data and Download. Now I'm missing all the historical intraday data for the entire chart. I can only see the last few days that the chart downloaded from Interactive Brokers. I also tried to update to the pre-release version of Sierra Charts and have the same problem. This is now resolved. Restart Sierra Chart and then follow the instructions below: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Thanks. The pre-release 2019 now works ok and downloads the intraday historical data. Version 2017 still does not work but I'll stick with 2019. I also tested versions 2000, 2003 and 2008 and they all work ok as well. |

Ok, this could very well be due to changes with historical data downloading. There have been some background server changes and some overall simplification with how this all works.
