Was there a pause in data delivery on the SC futures feed between 1202 EST and 1220 EST today (20131217)? Other data continued to be processed in SC and silver data kept moving on a different system. I was running the SC feed as an integrated feed on an IB trade instance. I did not find an easy way to check the IB values since it seems as though the symbols are somehow integrated. How can I run the SC futures feed in a separate instance so that I can monitor different feeds in completely separate instances? This seemed to be the SC approach until the introduction of the futures feed. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2013-12-17 18:22:35

We do see an interruption in the data feed during that time on one of the servers. We are looking into the reason. If you are missing any data in your Intraday charts, refer to the instructions in help topic 7.1 here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails7.html#RefreshWithData Any time you see an issue like this, the solution is to select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed to switch to the other server.
