Steps to reproduce. 1. Download historical intraday data of e.g. CL futures back to 2008 via CQG WebAPI and Sierra Historical Data. 2. Verify that I can open a 4444 day chart in the main instance, show all data back to '08. 3. File, New Instance (creates Instance 2 for the first time) 4. Load a continuous futures contract for CL back for 4444 days. Outcome - only data from the prompt month (CLX19) are displayed. 5. Follow the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails6.html#h6.3 6. Follow instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloading Outcome - only data from the prompt month (CLX19) are displayed in Instance 2, whereas instance 1 correctly gets all back data to 2008. |

In the main instance SierraChart/Data/ folder there are files beginning F.US.CLE***.dly (around 100KB each and for each month going back to 2008) In SierraChartInstance2/Data/ folder there is only F.US.CLEX19.dly even after attempting to re-download the data. Copying F.US.CLE*dly from Data to SierraChartInstance2/Data/ does not resolve the problem either (copying with all SC instances shut down). |

It appears to be random which symbols download correctly. F.US.EP* has loaded correctly back to 2008 whereas F.US.NQ* has loaded only the prompt month (Z19). |
