Hi there, the bracket orders have not been triggered based on the setup and random number of contracts are generated. Can you please call my cell *** to resolve. this is urgent

User called . The problem is they were using the wrong Trade Window to set the settings for a Trading DOM. The settings were applying to a different chart that the Trade Window belonged to.
