I placed a limit order for 2 lots via the Sierra Chart DOM. Price came down and the order stayed open for a minute and then disappeared without filling. I looked in the Trade activity log and it said that the order time out (screenshot attached). My internet is reasonable speed for Australia and I haven't had trouble when I had Sierra directly through Transact. I have checked that my details and logins are correct and they are. If there is any other information / or logs you need, please ask. Please can you help me rectify this ASAP. Thanks so much.

In the version of Sierra Chart you are running, trading with Transact is not available at this time. This is a limitation with the Transact Websocket service. They will make that available soon. We are working with them on testing the new trading functionality so we expect this should be available next week.
