Hello, This is my first day with software and I am having some trouble. I opened the DOM for the ZN and no data is showing up on the bids and offers. It says that I am connected and I am connected to the " SC DATA- all services data line. I have already tried using the website for support, but nothing seems to be working. Also, is there a way to add more columns to the DOM? I would like to see how many current bids/offers are being printed during trading. (similar to the Jigsaw DOM). Please assist. All of this is on a simulator account. I don't have an account an Jigsaw, but I have been watching tutorial videos and they use jigsaw. Do I have pay extra to use Rithmic or CQG for data feed on a simulator account?
