Issue with pre-market data

Hey guys, I've seen a similar issue in the past with my pre-market data and usually I can do "delete & download data" and it will correct the problem. But I started noticing this recently with multiple stock symbols. I'm using ROKU as an example. I attached some screenshots. In Sierra, I see price hitting 94.44 in pre-market on 7/2/19 but I don't see that in other platforms. I checked TOS, Tradestation, Tastyworks & IB TWS. I use TOS for data and I'm not currently subscribed to Sierra for real time datafeed. But if I don't use TOS for data, delete everything and reloading my chart a day later, I still see the issue so I don't think subscribing to Sierra datafeed will help in this situation. If I delete all my data and use Interactive Brokers for data, then the chart is ok. Except for the volume issue and I never figured out how to get it to multiply by 100 automatically using custom symbol settings. Also if I use IB for data, it takes an extremely long time to load so it's not a good workaround since I look at many different stock symbols a day. Any idea what is going on and what I need to do to fix this? I'm hoping it's not a datafeed issue and perhaps it's a setting or a configuration issue on my side. Thanks for your help.

The bar values you see in Sierra Chart are actual traded values. We could look at filtering those out, but that is a very involved procedure which we cannot allocate any time to now and based on the information we have, those should be included in the chart.

This is all we can say. You can remove all of the pre-and post-market data just by unchecking the Use Evening Session option in the Chart Settings.
