Hi support, is it possible to trade option spreads with the new SC/TT data feed? I clear through ADMIS and use the new SC/TT interface. If so, can you please point me to instructions on how?
best regards

Individually options can be traded but not as one spread trade unless these are exchange listed. Are there exchange listed option spreads? Also we have not yet completed conformance with TT for options, so please wait until we do that. Although we do not expect any problem but it is important we complete that first. This is our intention to get it done this week.

Thank you. I'm not aware of exchange listed option spreads. Just the simultaneous issuance of trades which represents a particular spread. Most options program order entry screens do this so you can see the net credit. For instance, I would normally enter something like the following:

For ticker: SPY at price 275.27

Buy the 2019-06-21 252 Put
Sell the 2019-06-21 255 Put

Based on available options data yesterday morning, the order entry screen would have automatically calculate a net credit of approximately 0.27

Is there any update on Options with SC/TT feed?

You can access market data for CME options and trade them. We will complete conformance with TT this coming week for CME options. We did some testing on Friday. But you do have to do the spread entry manually by submitting two separate orders.

thank you. What are the steps to finding option symbols so the order can be traded and charted? I'm not seeing options listed when doing a find symbol.

Amp technical support and trade desk manager both confirmed SC/TT routing with them does not support futures options. Any insight on how to trade them with your SC/TT setup?

Well they may not want to take option orders for risk management reasons, but you can check with other clearing firms.

Dear engineering team,
may I extend this question.
I have a CQG API connection with some broker, also purchased CME Group real-time market data there.

May I use Sierra Chart as platform over CQG API
to place option combination orders (native orders that supported on CME Group exchanges)?

If yes, then please point me
what minimum platform package I need for this?
Conditions: Probably my broker strongly don't want to provide anything except CQG right now, so i CAN'T use TT, Rithmic and so one.

What you are asking for is fully supported.

In order to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account, follow these instructions:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

Then refer to the following for how to open the Options for a symbol:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Futures Options
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

I mean a more dedicated thing than just trading futures options.

If i'm correct, in CQG system that feature called User Defined Options Strategies,
and CME names that as User Defined Spreads:
https://www.cmegroup.com/confluence/display/EPICSANDBOX/User+Defined+Spread+-+UDS
https://www.cmegroup.com/confluence/display/EPICSANDBOX/Spreads+and+Combinations+Available+on+CME+Globex

As a very simple example, suppose I want to open "vertical spread" on ES:
buy 1 contract of ESU21 C4500.FUT_OPT.CME
and
sell 1 contract of ESU21 C4700.FUT_OPT.CME

How can I open a DOM for that strategy with native routing to CME exchange?
