A phone call to Gain verified everything on their side is working correctly. Login to the website was successful after a password change, and the Sierra platform is now timing out:

Well either there is a Gain Capital server problem or there is a network connectivity issue. In any case it is not something that we have the ability to solve. We can only indicate what the issue is. Could you please tell us who your introducing broker is?
