I am attempting to arrange a 1 min, 5 min, and 15 min chart on my 2 screen system. 5 min is one full screen yet I can minimize and arrange if needed. Other screen I split between the two other charts. In the past I have been able to size and arrange those charts but now one chart is locked in place and will not move. Also, always prompted to save chartbook at end of day. What is best way to assure it always opens arranging the 3 windows the same way every time?

Are these detached charts?

Also update to the current version of Sierra Chart following the instructions here:

If you are unable to actually moving a detached chart that is going to be an operating system level issue and we would not know what to suggest. Although duplicate it with Chart >> Duplicate Chart and see if you have any problem moving that one and close the original one.

We cannot believe we are even being asked this question. This is completely ridiculous that Windows 10 has such an issue.

Also, always prompted to save chartbook at end of day.
You need to disable this option:
General Settings Window: Display Save All Option on Exit (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Application GUI)

This issue has today cropped in one of my chartbooks too, Sierrachart version 2207. Even if I duplicate the chart it behaves the same. After minimizing, if I right click the chart, the Move option is greyed out.

I too am having the same issue on Windows 10. I have multiple windows and multiple screens. I was provided a .CHT from a vendor. The detached windows in this chartbook have the title not showing by default. I right clicked on the line of informational text at the top to Show Menu. The resulting title/menu dialog does not have the standard windows right side icons that have a minus sign, square, and X... these are missing. But this does not occur on all detached windows, just some. The ones with out the standard icons are in a weird state, some I can, some I can not, some I can adjust width/height, some I can not. I understand why you indicate this is an OS issue, but there must be something going on in SF too because not all windows do this. Any other suggestions to try? I have done Reset Windows but it does not work.

Once the menu is visible, you need to goto menu item 'Chart' >>> 'Show Title Bar' and enable it.
