We need to do some additional testing. The routing of the historical Daily data requests is not as we expect.

However, you can solve this by reopening the Historical Daily charts in order to get the proper symbols set in the chart.

We have completed our testing. If you reopen the Historical Daily charts, the symbols will be properly set and you will be getting historical data.

Hi,

I am having the same issue. I am using SC Version: 1046. I have done my symbol reset and reopen all my chartbooks, but still can't get the correct historical data. The gaps are still there since 20131108.

Whenever I press "Delete all data and download", it says "download failed".

This is very frustrating and can you please advise what to do??

Thanks,

What you need to do, is go to each Historical Daily chart that you have open and select Chart >> Chart Settings.

Beside the Symbol box, press the Find button and reselect the symbol from the lists. This will properly set the correct symbol into the chart. The symbol for our own data feed is different from the Interactive Brokers symbol and this is the source of the problem.
