Hi, I am having the same issue. I am using SC Version: 1046. I have done my symbol reset and reopen all my chartbooks, but still can't get the correct historical data. The gaps are still there since 20131108. Whenever I press "Delete all data and download", it says "download failed". This is very frustrating and can you please advise what to do?? Thanks, |
