Unable to connect to data feed on migration to new PC

inthetrend - Posts: 33 Invalid SC Account Name.
I downloaded the latest SC software & then will drop in the data from old PC. Upon trying to connect to Mirus they say they know nothing about Sierra Chart so bounced me to you, even though I explain to them log seems to show their server rejected my connection. What do you see?

It is quite clear their server has given you a Permission Denied error:

It is their responsibility to help you with this. We have no ability whatsoever to resolve this.
