I have 5 orders from May 25th that continue to show as open. I have tried to cancel the orders, tried to refresh trade data, and even deleted the TradeOrdersList.data file based on instructions I saw on a similar help request posting. None of those work, the 5 orders are still present.

Any ideas how to fix this?

There is a big difference between Orders and a Position. What are you referring to?

Most likely the issue is answered here:

The orders are unfilled and remain open since May. I am unable to cancel them after trying the several actions mentioned in my original post.

So do they display on the Orders tab or the Positions tab in the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions window?

Orders. There are no open positions, just 5 orders from a single day in May that I cannot cancel or delete.

If these are orders and they continue to show up, then they are from the CTS system. Contact your broker or CTS to get them cleared.

The broker says the orders are not visible for them. Also, I access this account using 2 PC's. The old problem orders are only visible on 1 of the machines, so it's unlikely that the problem is on the broker side.

First we want to say that none of the below procedure has ever been needed and is something that we never tell users to do, but we just want to make absolutely certain we understand where the problem is.

Exit from Sierra Chart. Go to the Sierra Chart installation folder and delete the ListedTradeOrders.xml, TradeOrdersList.data files.

If you still see the orders listed again in the Orders tab after connecting again to CTS, this issue is on the CTS side. There can be no doubt about that whatsoever.
