Sticky position Orders And Positions

Hello, I have in Orders and Postions, 2 calls I purchased and sold out several days ago- they are non-existing with my broker AMP - as it should be

I cleared all Trade Activity Log - reinstalled SC (on top of the existing one) -- to no avail

That position also shows in the related DOM

can you help?

I did everything listed but to no avail
The Trade Activity Log indicates "Flagged to Reload" but then it throws this (see below)
note that the account drop down does not show my live account

Hello - point #4 of the linked page seems to be the one

If there is an incorrectly reported Trade Position Quantity on this tab for a particular Trade Account and Symbol, then you will need to contact your Trading service about the Trade Service Position Quantity that you see on the Positions tab.

However I checked with AMP and they confirmed no positions are open - More importantly I have SierraChart installed on my laptop and there it works OK.

I will try to re-install it again. and let you know

So you are actually seeing the wrong Position Quantity on Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions tab? This is an issue with the Trading service you are using.

Reinstalling is not going to make any difference whatsoever. Do not do that. It is totally unnecessary.

The only thing that might help is to reconnect to the server:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

Another thing we want you to do is to exit from Sierra Chart and delete the TradePositionsAndBalance.data file in the Sierra Chart folder. Let us know if that makes a difference.
