Hello - point #4 of the linked page seems to be the one

If there is an incorrectly reported Trade Position Quantity on this tab for a particular Trade Account and Symbol, then you will need to contact your Trading service about the Trade Service Position Quantity that you see on the Positions tab.

However I checked with AMP and they confirmed no positions are open - More importantly I have SierraChart installed on my laptop and there it works OK.

I will try to re-install it again. and let you know
