Hello, I am currently getting an error message for insufficient funds and the Sierra Charts data feed was canceled. Prior to the renewal at 5:00 UTC I deposited the appropriate funds and paid for the data feeds but the system went ahead and canceled my feed anyways. I'd like to know what I can do to get the data feed up and running again and a way to prevent this from happening again. Thank you

Next time just make sure you have enough credit on your account and really hours before the renewal time to be safe. Otherwise, that would be the only reason it would not renew and get canceled instead.
