Hello, I had everything working the way I needed it to when I was on the trial and then I took a 1 month hiatus and now I can't seem to get my data working again. I got an error that says "Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Exchange not authorized." I am trying to trade CL or WTI Light Sweet Crude Oil. I think the issue is on the top it says CLX18 which is the right symbol but then it maps it to CLV and that is incorrect. Maybe something happened when I tried to roll over the data? https://www.sierrachart.com/Download.php?Folder=TicketingSystem&download=22876 Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-10-16 18:58:10

The issue appears to be an exchange fee conflict. We need to look into this and resolve. Just give us a few hours.

Actually, we see what the problem is. You have activated exchanges which you should not have and you also have not connected to your live trading account. What futures trading/brokerage service do you use? I activated the extra exchanges because I couldn't get it to work so I thought maybe I had the wrong exchange... then I tried to deactivate them but it would only let me deactivate them for next month, is there any way to deactivate them right now instead of waiting until next month?
