Hello, I had everything working the way I needed it to when I was on the trial and then I took a 1 month hiatus and now I can't seem to get my data working again. I got an error that says "Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Exchange not authorized." I am trying to trade CL or WTI Light Sweet Crude Oil. I think the issue is on the top it says CLX18 which is the right symbol but then it maps it to CLV and that is incorrect.
