Hi, I use number of trades chart type with LMAX broker, but lately it has been inconsistent. If I do a "delete and download" of the chart, the bars change, always to way less bars. I am pretty sure it used to work before, as I never noticed this kind of problem. So for example: keep SC open with number of trades chart. after some minutes, do a "Delete and Download". Redownloaded bars will be very different. I currently changed to "Price Changes" instead of "Number of trades" and its working properly, bars are always the same, either live or deleted and redownloaded. I have the settings to 1 tick data, and rechecked the documentation for everything to work properly ( 1 tick data, date settings, etc ). If you can't reproduce this, I can make a video of it. Thanks ! |

We apologize for this. We see the underlying reason for the problem. It relates to us using the low bandwidth option between our server for historical data and the real-time server but we realize this does not work properly in the case of LMAX because there can be changes with the bid size and ask size values which are recorded as trades. Whether that is the best way to do this or not, we are not sure but that is how it works. We are resolving the issue now. And correcting the historical data for the last 30 days.
